Very good food service was great hostess was very nice and attentive.

Stopped in this morning with the family for breakfast. Wasnt very busy but we must have been right on the cusp of the morning rush because it filled up very quickly and its a very large restuarant. Food was good, service was hood, staff was friendly and polite. If I had any complaint it would be that it took nearly 45 minutes to get our order, our waitress apologized and it wasnt that big of a deal. Give the ColdwaterGarden Family Restaurant a visit and dont forget to tip your waitstaff for a job well done.

Large portions, like home cooking, specials, big variety of food to pick from, and great for seniors. Service very good. We had Ash and she was awesome.

I ordered pot roast over noodles and my wife ordered chicken salad with various fruit and cottage cheese (cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, etc). My pot roast was in a gel like gravy with no vegetables and not sure if the meat was pot roast; something in thick slices the consistency of spam. I did not like any of it and my salad was probably out of a bag as some of the leaves of lettuce were nearly black and disintegrating. My wife's cantaloupe wasn't ripe and the chicken salad tasted funny and was pretty much ground up, strange. We told our waitress and they removed the price of one of the dinners. We didn't eat them though we tried. We've eaten breakfast there before and it was good but this wasn't, it was really pretty bad. Gave it a star only because they removed the price of one dinner. Very disappointed.

I had a burger and chili for breakfast, and they were delicious. It can be difficult to get decent non-breakfast food at breakfast time, so I couldn't be more pleased. The menu variety means I'll have to go back several more times just to try everything once. The food and service ensure that it won't be a chore at all. It was an eminently satisfying experience in the under-$20 class.

The potatoe soup is the best I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and service was great.

Our service was good. It is a very pleasant restaurant. We all enjoyed our food, even the liver and onions!!

We were met as soon as we entered, shown to our requested table, provided coffee and water and orders taken all within five minutes. We ordered the pancakes (silver dollar and regular) along with an order of bacon and warm syrup. Everything was delicious. We have been to this restaurant three times and have never been disappointed.

The only description I can come up with for this place because I’ve ate three times here and I tried to give them a chance. avoid it like a pandemic, you’ll be wasting your money you’ll be killing your money thank you.

The food is absolutely phenomenal and great service by the staff! And most of all, the hot chocolate was great!

Overall a good place to eat. Mickey Mouse pancakes we're good for the kids. I had the veggie omelette and it was a good deal. They were extremely busy on Mother's Day, but the service was good and the wait was not to long. I plan to go back again sometime soon.

Five stars just because the service is the best around. Good food with huge helpings at good prices. They have a few dishes that you won't find anywhere else around here. People and atmosphere is pretty good too.

Avoid the chain restaurants and get some good home cooking at the Garden Family Restaurant. The service was great and food delicious. We had a late morning breakfast; sausage egg sandwich on a biscuit for me, and short order of french toast for my wife. The flavor of both was great and the coffee was fresh and hot. The only fault was that the short order of french toast was only one slice of bread cut in half - had we known probably would have gone for a full order.

Was not impressed, I ordered the French dip, and it was soggy bread and completely tasteless, my husband ordered the chicken fried steak and it wasn't bad even though I've had alot better. The staff however was great.

We are from Fort Wayne. Stopped on our way back from Firekeepers. Will make this restaurant of choice every time. Great food and prices.... Well worth the stop. Great staff too

Took my family of six to Coldwater Gardens for dinner and was pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent and the server was absolutely amazing! The best part...2 adult entrees and four kids entrees plus drinks and the bill was less than $50!

We stopped in for the first time on the way to Lansing. The service was excellent and the food was terrific. I recommend the cheesecake.
